1831 The Pearl or Affection's Gift, A Christmas and New Year's Present. Embellishments (7). Antique Book Published by Thomas T. Ash<br><br>This smaller, almost 200 year old book is in overall fair (minus) condition for its age:<br><br>• Cover: loose (mostly back) with heavy wear (see pictures)<br>• Spine: fairly heavy wear (see pictures)<br>• Pages: age marks/brown spots/foxing throughout, folded corners and small tears. Sections of a few pages missing around edges (did not notice any affecting the text, see pictures for examples). One of the embellishments/illustrations is missing (p 182, The Rustic Wreath). Two blank pages at the front are very loose and may become detached<br>• Edges: gold finish with heavy fading, age marks and wear<br>• Measures approximately 6.25" x 4"<br><br>Please see all pictures as well to help determine condition (zoom in) and ask questions if needed. <br><br>Thanks for looking!
